I read that blogging is the new craze consuming the planet.

 

One can only imagine all the sites- like this one, that have come about to ride this new wave. Think about it-Hi5, Blogspot, Myspace, MSN spaces to name a few.

And the business opportinities it presents. One would be wary of advertising online after the dotcom bust back in 2000. But imagine the reach blogging presents...so many people, all across the globe...netizens. And if they have internet access and blogging capability then we are looking at the educated, cash rich segment (dont confuse with super rich).

Well it's a new form of interaction to be sure, you can get to know people from all across the world and keep in touch with your firends-at your convienence...only revealing that part of yourself you wish to show.

Well anyway...this blogging bit is about blogging, and never was I one not to conform...well my individuality and disdan for the popular only comes about when it can take on an intellectual, elitist flavor I must confess.

Does that mean I like to feel better about myself by being superior to other people?
